This school year we had two strong courses running for nine months. One was the intermediate painting course, where our students who master the basic of the oil painting technique got many challenges dealing with styles, use of colour and as always, delving into art history to understand more about what the art of painting is about.

Our foundation drawing students made their way from grasping the basic tools for observation and representation, and we were able to work with very interesting and subtle themes with them, using images tor look at and draw from photography, sculpture, paintings and nature. We ended the course with a few months of introduction to dry pastel.
